Introducing Baby Allen!

Inspired by my friend, Hip Mama B, and due to much demand,

I've finally gotten around to posting something to keep everyone updated on "Baby Allen." This is me at 16 weeks, since everyone has been very interested in what I look like! I'll post another pic soon, since me now, at 20 weeks, is vastly different (*hint* HUGE) from just 4 weeks ago.

Overall, I've been great! And, Baby Allen is great too. I've been very fortunate to have an easy pregnancy, very little sickness at the beginning (I won't call it morning, because it was definitely ALL day), and just minor aches and pains. I'm still trying to walk Nalu his 2 miles every day...though it normally ends up being every other. So, I'm sort-of keeping up. I haven't gained much weight, and in fact lost a bunch since my last appointment. So, I'm trying to get back there before I go next week. 3 pounds to go! So far, I'm +8 (is this TOO much info??). Before I go, here's a picture of Nalu for those of you that don't know him. He's our munchkin, and those who do know him, know we are a bit obsessed.

I will definitely do my best to post here regularly. So...stay tuned!!

Yay! I LOVE it. I'm so excited to keep up to date *real* time (not that we don't talk everyday or anything...). I'm obsessed with Nalu and Rockstar INXS too. And for us non-baby people (e.g. don't know anything about them), I wouldn't know what "too much" information is (unless unnecessarily graphic). Translation: I'm not going to understand the "lingo."

Hi Aloha, love the info & update but had to laugh about the push & blow class next week... I remember Eric & my nurse telling me to breathe & blow through the pain and I (between my every 2 minute contractions) basically told them to go blow themselves! hee-hee the things we say in labor! Anyhow, you look great & so does she! Also, Nalu better get used to you guys losing your obsession with him pretty quick... a new little cutie will be filling your hearts. Take care. Love, Anna
