I'm a big girl now!

Queue music....

OK, OK, she's not really drinking from a sippy cup, but we thought we'd try. I gave it to her, and she immediately grasped the handles and happily sucked away. Until she proceeded to choke (flow too fast I think), and then throw up all the water the she swallowed. But, she really liked it. Really. I'm going to try milk next. Maybe that will be better. She's a breast-fed baby...fast flow is not in the picture, so I think it will take awhile. Considering the girl doesn't hold her own bottles, I was pretty excited that she held the sippy cup so well. Didn't think she had it in her. Stay-tuned for food pictures. We're starting rice cereal in a couple of weeks, after we get back from San Francisco.
