Happy 3rd Birthday Nanea!

Noa had to work this weekend, so we ended up waking Nanea up early so that he could witness her reaction.  She was pretty much asleep, so it was pretty funny.  Instead of excitement and surprise like we expected, she peeked around the corner and exclaimed, "M-O-M-M-M...why'd you get me that?" while pointing to the presents.

Later on when we were dressed and back downstairs, she was able to absorb it all and appreciate everything.  The small table and chair set from Ikea (thanks Uncle Joey for dragging that back for us) is the biggest hit I think.  At least, the most useful!

she requested a Tinkerbell birthday, so here is a banner


and streamers above her chair.  When she finally noticed these, she said, "Look mom!  A Celebration!"  No, I am not sure where she learned this word.  And yes, it's probably from too much tv.

i so love the streamers above her chair, AND tinkerbell was my idol when i was little so i can totally relate!
