1st Day of School

Nanea's first day of school was August 20th.  She was VERY excited, and was one of the few kids who did not cry when we dropped her off.  We got there pretty early, a little after 7am, so that we could spend time with her there and she could get adjusted to her new surroundings.  She would explore and play, and ask us periodically if we were leaving.  When it was time for us to go, Nanea was running off towards her classroom, and I called her name.  While running away, she gave us a backwards wave and said "bye mom and dad!"  We had to make her come back to say goodbye and give us a hug.  Needless to say, she loves school.  Even asking me to pick her up later so that she can play longer.
