The Great Pumpkin

In an attempt to have Nanea (happily) give up her Halloween candy, I've been promoting the idea of "The Great Pumpkin," a la Charlie Brown, since last year. The deal is that she can eat candy Halloween night, but she needs to trade the rest in to the Great Pumpkin for a present. I got this idea from some parenting magazine a few years ago, and so far it works great. I know it won't last forever, but I'll keep it up for as long as I can. This year she was allowed to keep 5 things from her Halloween basket, and she got a mini etch-a-sketch and a little princess figurine.
Here's what she kept, 4 lollipops and a strawberry candy
