Flower Girls

The gorgeous dresses that my friend John's mom made for the girls for Mikie's wedding arrived last week. They fit perfectly (a HUGE feat considering my lack of measurement skills), and are just the most adorable things ever. Beautifully constructed, Nanea could not wait to try hers on (of course being the princess that she is). Makena on the other hand took a bit of coaxing, but once Nanea started to put hers on for the 2nd time she quickly grabbed hers.

First photo attempt in the dresses

I asked them to get together and "cheese." This is the result.

When attempting to get a shot of Nanea, Makena decided she was in the mood for photos.
