Fever again?

A new tooth. Thank goodness not a reccurrence of pneumonia. Nothing a little tylenol and orajel couldn't fix. Too bad we didn't think of a tooth and let her suffer it out for a day and a half. It's a big one, though I can't decide if it's the "canine" or one of the molars from the picture below. Looks like babies have less teeth than adults. All I know is it's a flat one, not a sharp one. It's on the bottom right side.
